Dear Worthy Brothers, Family and Friends,

Now that Thanksgiving week is in full swing, I would like to wish you and your loved ones a Blessed Thanksgiving! May the love of Jesus bring you a peaceful weekend with lots of family and friends!
On Monday November 28 we will collect wine, chocolate, and other gourmet items to create the most beautiful basket for our Parish's Christmas Ville! Our basket will bear our logo and exemplify the Knight of Columbus principles of Charity (neighbor), Unity (church) Fraternity (family).
Your talents to create this basket will be appreciated at our social on, Monday November 28, if you are not able to attend or provide items for the basket, please consider donating to the cause via any method, cash, check or Venmo the council (@KofC5959).

Christmas-Ville: your time and treasure are needed
The Knights are donating a basket to be raffled off during the event. We're looking to make a wine and chocolates-themed basket. If you can donate a bottle of wine or liquor, please bring it to the church, Monday 11/28, at 7:30PM. We will be assembling the basket at this time. If you are not able to make it to the church but would like to donate, you can Venmo the council (@KofC5959 or scan the QR code. If you're making a monetary donation, please Venmo the Council, earmarked to Christmas Ville. As mentioned in the last WoTH, volunteers are needed for the Christmas-Ville event on 12/3. Signups can be done here: or email Deb Cadwell at ecaldwell@msn.com

Knights of Columbus Christmas Social: Tentatively scheduled for Saturday, 12/10. Please email the Officers (officers@kofc.ws) if you and your wife would be interested in coming. Please give us your feedback by Monday 11/21. If we do not have enough to need the Parish Hall, we can have it at a place like Panatieri's in Martinsville or Luna Rosa in Pluckemin. A price per person will be determined once the count and venue are confirmed. If 12/10 is not good for many, another possibility is to do it during the evening in the middle of the week of 12/12.

Thank you!

Vivat Jesus,
Jon De Leon

Exemplification Ceremony

The Knights of Columbus has revised the degree program; it is now one Exemplification Ceremony which combines 1st. (Charity) 2nd. Unity and 3rd. Fraternity, our Orders' principles. The one degree is now the Charity, Unity and Fraternity (CUF) degree. The 4th (Patriotism) continues to be a distinct event.

The link below includes a video of the ceremony. Take the time to view this video as a refresher as to what the nights are about and why you joined and to help you explain to your family who the Knights are, what we stand for and what we do.
