Council #5959 is bearing good fruit!
|
Next weekend, we will be holding our Membership Drive during all weekend Masses (September 30/October 1). We are asking for all Knights to make themselves available to greet parishioners and hand out brochures to potential Knights, click here to sign up on signup genius.
|
Our Council had two notable events last Saturday, September 23, – the Officer Installation and the dinner to honor our Past Grand Knight, Jon De Leon.
|
Thank you to all those that attended either or both events. At the PGK Dinner, we had approximately 50 people, including our special guests, Honoree Jon, Allison, Jack and Grant De Leon, Vocationist Sisters, Fr. Brian and Fr. Paul, and Br. Eric Koppi, and DD Jim Gallombardo. In attendance were also both of our Bridgewater mayoral candidates, the Honorables Br. Matt Moench and PGK Dan Hayes. Finally, this Wednesday, we will have our Council Social Meeting for September. All members are invited to attend, we will serve refreshments, and PGK Jon De Leon will cut his cake. If you will be attending, please RSVP by replying to this email so that we can get a count.

The Tribute Dinner to Honor PGK Jon is a BYOB event and if you wish, please bring a dessert to share!
|
|
|
|
|
|

Exemplification Ceremony
The Knights of Columbus has revised the degree program; it is now one Exemplification Ceremony which combines 1st. (Charity) 2nd. Unity and 3rd. Fraternity, our Orders' principles. The one degree is now the Charity, Unity and Fraternity (CUF) degree. The 4th (Patriotism) continues to be a distinct event.

Held every 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month, except as periodically announced. All members of the Knights of Columbus in good-standing are invited to attend, please arrive no later than start time.
