My apologies for the late notice... please read note below regarding Bernard Warren's Passing:

Sk Robert Warren's Brother, Bernard Warren, died on Tuesday. There will be a visitation at the Towers Funeral Home 2672 Long Beach Rd. Oceanside, N.Y., 11572 on Friday August 10, 2018 from 2 pm to 4 pm. and in the evening from 7 to 9 pm. The Mass will be celebrated on Saturday at 9:45 am at St Anthony's Roman Catholic Church 110 Anchor Ave. Oceanside , N.Y. 11572 . Bernard suffered from complications associated with diabetes.

A reminder that the Somerset 4H Fair is close at hand. It is located on Milltown Road. The fair dates are the 8th, 9th and 10th of August. A good link to check it out: http://www.somersetcounty4h.org. I plan to be at the fair helping at the pro life booth with a few others on the 10th. I plan to also try handing out some prayer cards and Knights of Columbus info cards left from Father's Day. I will be at the Council meeting on the 8th for last minute sign ups for time slots and to hand out cards to those who would like to stop by the booth on the 9th or 10th.

Council meetings (New Starting July 2018)" Held every 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month, except as periodically announced. All Knights of Columbus members in good-standing are invited to attend, please arrive no later than start time.

Meeting Time: 7:30 PM for the meeting, or 7:10 PM to pray the Holy Rosary

Meeting Location: We meet at Blessed Sacrament Parish, in rooms 1&2 (off the church lobby).
